For many fans, the highlight of a Saturday afternoon at the Big House isn’t the first or second half of the football game, but what happens before, during, and after the game – the MMB’s pregame, halftime, and postgame shows.

Your gift to the Game Day Experience will support the Michigan Marching Band while giving you the opportunity for an up-close visit with the MMB on game day.

A donation of $3,000 will qualify for the Game Day Experience.

Donors will:

  • Watch Saturday’s rehearsal

  • Have lunch with the MMB directors and watch a visualization session or drumline Step Show

  • March with the band to the stadium

HALFTIME SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES

Marching Band members spend many hours each week in rehearsal, preparing a new halftime show for each home football game. The performance is a culmination not only of the hours of rehearsal by the students but of much hard work by our music and drill writers as well.

Having professional musical arrangements and drill designs created specifically for the Michigan Marching Band is a costly undertaking. To show their support for the MMB, friends have the opportunity to sponsor a halftime show.

A donation of $15,000 will sponsor one halftime show for the season. Persons sponsoring a halftime show will:

  • Be acknowledged in the Game Day program

  • Be acknowledged in the Big House during the halftime show performance and on the Michigan scoreboards

  • Have their name spelled out by the band during the postgame show

  • A donation of $20,000 will sponsor select premium games
